If you book one of our services, we first have a consultation with you to get to know your pet and any special needs it may have. This also gives you the opportunity to meet us and check that you are happy with us looking after your pet. Dogs staying overnight for holiday boarding are invited to come for a one night trial stay to check they settle in ok.
We can only look after dogs that are non aggressive and are happy to mix with other dogs. As we do all our walk off the lead in Hargate woods we can only take dogs with good recall. We cannot take dogs that must be walked only on a lead. Dogs must be over the age of 1 year and be spayed or neutered.
